This is a space for the client who is a global businessman when he stays in Japan, and is also his relaxation and his business. After this renovation, it will be a space which passes the time of supper with friends or has the meeting by inviting customers.
Based on such conditions, the space which is not divided by the fragment and is extensive, and the space where moderate privacy was secured were planned.

On a former location of an old graphical printing, this apartment complex now fits in snugly between a row of pre-war warehouses. The facades on the street side are constructed of brick, glass and copper – materials that make the building blend in with the surrounding and its atmosphere.
