This User Agreement regulates all information, images, texts and professional or personal information uploaded and downloaded to Architter.com.

About Architter.com

Architter.com content is related to architecture and industrial design. All submitted content should fit one or both categories. You should not send content that doesn't fit Architter.com.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Architter.com, You agree the Architter.com User Agreement and Architter.com Privacy Policies. If You feel uncomfortable or disagree with one, or both, or a part of any, We suggest and encourage You to stop enjoying this awesome website and close it. By accessing or using http://architter.com/ (or Architter.com subdomains) You agree to be bound by these Terms.

General Platform Use

The user agrees he is not submitting items which:

1. Are a trade secret, or he knows it should not be published because it attempts against the interests of another individual, a team or a company.
2. He doesn’t hold full rights to publish it.
3. Are done by a team and he doesn’t have the written consent of the team members or the rights holder.
4. Are relevant and inherent to the Architter.com Community.
5. Lack of the proper photographer or visualization studio credits. (if involved in the submitted material or materials)
6. May offend others or are sexually explicit.
7. Are not written in English.

The user agrees he will:

1. Not access an account belonging to someone else.
2. Not post unauthorized commercial communications.
3. Not submit or post any giveaway without Architter.com written agreement.
4. Not try to do anything that could disable, limit or attempt against the proper working of Architter.com.
5. Only use the platform for what has been designed.
6. Avoid English grammar errors as possible when submitting a project.
7. Back up all files and documents uploaded to Architter.com to keep them safe, in case of data lost.
8. Place the contact information only on their user profile, and not on any of the submissions.

About You and Architter.com

Architter.com sometimes reviews before publishing the content You upload to the Architter.com platform, however, We do not control your Content nor do We have any obligation to review any content posted to Architter.com.

Architter.com will:

1. Remove content if it doesn’t fit the community interest or to its entire discretion.
2. Publish as soon as possible your content.
3. In case your Content is not published, an email notification will be sent to You, if You provided an email where Architter.com should contact you.
4. Have to its entire discretion to obviate notifying You in case your content is not published.

Circumstances under which We may remove your Content without notice to You, include, but are not limited to, violating this User Agreement, infringement of another’s rights, or violating the U.S. Copyright Law.

Your Architter.com Account

You agree to create an Architter.com User Account in order to fully use the services provided by Architter.com, only via http://architter.com/ .

Architter.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account, if You miss to follow this User Agreement without notice to You and will not be liable to You or anybody for doing so.

By creating an account, You express and declare your age, which is at least over the age of 18. When You use this site You agree that You will not:

1. Create an account under a false name, or use an invalid or unauthorized email address.
2. Use another's Architter.com User Account without the Account owner’s permission.
3. Impersonating any person or entity is also prohibited.
4. Declare that a project originally developed by a team where you were involved was achieved only by you.

And You will:

1. Keep confidential your Architter.com Password used to access your Architter.com Account. You are fully responsible of the actions and activities that occur under your Architter.com Account and or with your Architter.com Password.
2. Create your Architter.com Account with accurate, current and complete information about yourself.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. Our privacy policy will help You understand which information We collect and how can We use it.

Service Suspension

Architter.com will suspend You from the services with or without notice to You, at its sole discretion.  
The circumstances that lead to a total termination of an account are because: (but not limited to)

1. You Submissions contains sexual, offensive, defamatory, Inaccurate, or unrelated content to Architter.com. (See here what Architter.com is for).

The circumstances that lead to a temporal suspension of an account are because: (but not limited to)

1. You are reported by other users for inappropriate behavior such as stalking, attacking or offending other users.
2. You infringed the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. (while we review)

Copyright.

Architter.com strongly supports the intellectual property and We operate in accordance to the U.S. Copyright Law. If You believe your copyrights have been infringed by some content posted by another user or users on Architter.com, please file via email the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (or "DMCA")

Please provide with your Copyright Dispute the following data in order to be a valid complaint under the DMCA:

1. Identification of the material or materials posted on Architter.com claimed to be infringed.

Change in Terms.

From time to time Architter.com can change this User Agreement to keep Architter.com updated and friendly to all Architters.
